In our recruitment process, we only accept the finest personnel, who fit our exacting Operative Profile, ensuring you get the best person for the job. What’s more, every CAPS employee undergoes full induction training covering our customer care ethos and our expectations in terms of personal performance and presentation.

Once the new recruits are part of the CAPS team, their development continues. All employees undertake regular training including health & safety, window cleaning methods and customer care. Management are no exception with a variety of executive courses available.
