In June 2006, CAPS was awarded the window cleaning contract for leading travel agency, Thomas Cook, covering approximately 550 locations nationwide. The contract is delivered through Lancaster Cleaning, (the main cleaning contractor). CAPS has provided specialist window cleaning services to Lancaster in a relationship that spans sixteen years.
Thomas Cook Group plc is a leading international leisure travel group, with a portfolio of market leading travel brands in the UK as well as Europe and North America. The company has a network of more than 3,000 owned or franchised travel stores and also provides travel services online.
The new window cleaning service has already received wide acclaim from local store managers for noticeable improvements. CAPS has invested heavily to ensure that there are systems and procedures embedded to make certain this performance improvement.
